Listening Skills
Participants will learn strategies for how to listen effectively. In each class participants will learn the listening strategies (theory), followed by listening training to practice the theory.
The listening topics may include conversational listening, listening for information (radio, TV), telephone listening and other types of listening relevant to work and settlement in Canada.
PRE-REQUISITE: Canadian Language Benchmark levels 5 or higher to enter Part 1. Participants wishing to register for Part 2 must have completed Part 1.
