Presentation Skills
When communication on the job requires you to inform, train, persuade, entertain or sell to others, overcoming the challenges of speaking in public and delivering oral presentations is essential.
Topics in this program include planning, structure, delivery, signposting, audience rapport, using visual aids, reducing anxiety, handling questions and impromptu speaking. Several pronunciation techniques such as pacing, pausing, emphasis, stress, intonation and articulation will also be addressed.
PRE-REQUISITE: Canadian Language Benchmark level of 5 or higher.
