About Enhanced English Skills for Employment
Enhanced English Skills for Employment serves immigrants who have education and experience in professions and skilled occupations in business, management or trades. Our courses help clients reduce language and cultural barriers in the workplace.
Our courses have been developed in response to client needs. They are focused, allowing professional immigrants to concentrate on the areas of study that will help their careers the most.
REQUIREMENTS
We welcome learners with Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) levels 5 – 8 and a valid referral from WELARC to participate in EESE courses.
If you do not have a referral to EESE, please phone WELARC at (204) 943-5387 to book an appointment. WELARC (Winnipeg English Language Assessment and Referral Centre) is located at 275 Portage Avenue on the 4th floor.

Registration takes place online: go to the Registration page and follow the instructions to register for a course.
Remember to have your Permanent Resident card or landing documents ready before you register.
