Workplace Survival Skills
This 10 hour workshop will help newcomers understand how different cultural values affect behaviour in the Canadian workplace, discuss different communication styles, and help you understand how to keep a job and manage stress.
Participants must attend all 10 hours to receive a certificate.
PRE-REQUISITE: The workshops will be open to learners with a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 5 or higher in four skill areas (listening, speaking, reading, writing), or equivalent.
